The sculpture titled “She Moves Through the Realms” measures 9 foot high by 81/2 foot long by 5 foot deep at the base.It is created in Ferro-cement,a technique that is used extensively in Europe for large sculptures It is extremely strong and durable.The mosaic work is by artist Hannah Balinger.

aWe started by welding the rebar in the shape of the sculpture, we then added two layers of wire mesh to the outside and two to the inside, tied them together to form a sandwich 5/8 inch thick.In one continuous session we then pushed the cement mixture through from outside and inside to form one seamless form.
